Vinyasa Yoga &
Community Breakfast

Start your morning with movement, connection and a delicious breakfast.

Join us for a nourishing Vinyasa yoga practice designed to awaken the body, connect with the breath and set a positive tone for the day, followed by breakfast and coffee in the studio.

We’ll begin with a flowing Vinyasa sequence where breath and movement come together through continuous, dynamic transitions. The class focuses on building strength, stability and mobility while encouraging mindful awareness, fluid movement and a balance between effort and ease.

After class, we’ll slow things down and gather in the studio for a delicious breakfast. Breakfast can be purchased for just 35 DKK, giving you the perfect opportunity to stay a little longer, enjoy a coffee, connect with others and ease into the rest of your day.

All levels are welcome, whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice.

Homing

Costa Rica to Copenhagen. Two and a half hours of building heat and slowing down properly.

You move a lot. You’re good at arriving somewhere and getting on with it. And somewhere in that, actually landing stopped happening. You know how to be anywhere, but you’re not entirely sure how to be here.

This is not a problem of rest. It’s a problem of orienting.

Your body settles through weight, warmth, horizon, and the presence of other people. The homing instinct is still there. It has just stopped being used.

Homing is two and a half hours to switch it back on.

We start with somatic orienting, then slow weight-bearing movement, bones under load, hands and feet pressing into the floor. Not a workout. Fine-tuning in. Moving energy. Then time on the floor, and time to write.

We finish around one long table with warm cacao brought from Costa Rica, fruit, dates, almonds, honey, chocolate, tea and candles. Things eaten slowly, in a room where nobody is going anywhere.

Phones stay at the door. We start in daylight and finish in the dark.

Stillness on the outside. Heat underneath.

Slow Fire
By

Magnetism is a nervous system state.

You cannot perform your way into it.

Sunday afternoon, in the hours where most people can already feel Monday arriving. The jaw sets. The breath moves up into the top third of the ribs. The week starts happening before it has started.

Presence is not a thing you project. It's a state a body produces when it stops bracing. Everyone in a room can feel the difference, including you.

Slow Fire is 75 minutes to find that state and stay in it.

We start with grounding and orienting, coming out of the week ahead rather than leaning into it. Focusing on breath connected to movement, burning the old, creating space for the new.

You leave with one practice that takes ten seconds, and you go into your week from a different state than the one you arrived in.
