Vinyasa

Barre
This class is inspired by ballet practice and blends elements from Pilates, dance and strength training. It offers a full-body workout that engages both deep stabilising muscles and larger movement groups, challenging coordination, balance and overall body awareness. The movement quality is both precise and technical, yet also creative and expansive, leaving you feeling aligned, strong and energised.

Infrared heat
Our WARM classes combine movement with gentle infrared heat. Practiced in a softly heated studio at 34°C with infrared warmth and underfloor heating, the body is warmed evenly from both within and below.
The heat supports circulation, mobility and muscle release, creating a practice that feels both strengthening and restorative.
We offer yoga, barre and pilates in our WARM format.Expect to leave feeling warm, relaxed and energised.

Strength Fusion
A movement class inviting both strength and softness, blending mobility and full-range movement in longer flows. Expect to challenge endurance while building strength, resilience and a deeper mind-body connection. This class should make you feel playful yet grounding.

A Pilates class designed to strengthen, align, and refine your entire body.

Mommy & me
This class is designed for new mothers and focuses on gently rebuilding strength, stability and connection to your body after birth. Blending elements from Pilates, functional movement and mindful training, the practice supports both deep core muscles and larger muscle groups while improving posture, balance and coordination.
You are welcome to bring your baby to class, or let them rest just outside in the pram. The atmosphere is relaxed and supportive, allowing space for both movement and motherhood.

Shake the Dust
Shake the Dust is a liberating movement class rooted in rhythm, flow and self-expression. Guided by music and intuitive movement, you’ll be invited to shake, soften and move through the body without fixed choreography. The focus is on release rather than form, allowing stress, stiffness and stored energy to dissolve.

Yin and Nidra is a deeply calming class combining long held yin poses with guided yogic rest. You will be supported in softening the body, releasing tension and settling the mind through stillness and gentle awareness. The practice encourages deep relaxation, mental clarity and inner balance.

Contemporary fusion flow
Contemporary fusion flow is a dynamic class that blends together a selection of different contemporary styles into one. In this class you will experience full-body expressive movement, with the torso being the main movement synthesizer, packed together with somewhat athletic but fun movement.
